Describe the bug

Ubuntu 16.04 has reached end of life, but is is still used in this project (https://github.com/PaloAltoNetworks/minemeld-docker/blob/develop/image/Dockerfile)

Expected behavior

Support of Ubuntu 18.04+

Current behavior

usage of Ubuntu 16.04 as base image

Possible solution

No usage of Ubuntu 16.04 as base image
