Describe the bug

Not adding rule to firewall running 9.0.13. Correctly adds tags/addresses/address groups

Expected behavior

Add Rule to Firewall

Current behavior

code throwing exception - source-hip unexpected here

Version used: pan-os-python v 1.11.0
Environment name and version python 3.11.4
