This issue is an inaccuracy in the documentation.
There is an inaccuracy in this documentation page since the "search" field is missing while it is still usable in this version of the API.
search string Retrieves the result for a search term.
The search field is still present in this version of the documentation: https://pan.dev/compute/api/30-03/get-registry/
Please add the search field to the docs for API v31.02 as it is for v30.03
