add workflow label and use at the top of each workflow stage panel #126

when stepping through a workflow, currently model is a hardcoded label like: Step 3: PAN-OS Configuration

This is confusion for multi-stage workflows. request is for a label option that either uses the executing skillet label text or add label under each workflow snippet name to allow the user to override and rename based on their own usage requirements

update to see how we can add context for the REST get list skillets that bypass the first page - no variables to input. No contextual information about what this is and don't see where it uses the skillet label for the output screen. need something to give feedback to the user about what this workflow stage is
