Edited the spelling for two words.

This change improves spelling/grammatical correctness of the text.

@nembery I noticed that there are some similar types of minor errors that are propagated throughout the docs due to them being present in boilerplate text that is repeated multiple times in different files.

If you want, I can do a find-replace on them and issue them all as a single PR for you, if that would help.
