panhandler ph script fails for liab env.

Updated script on the ph_fixes branch. Testing on liab with the following command: curl -s -L | https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PaloAltoNetworks/panhandler/ph_fixes/ph | bash and it updated the running panhandler instance to the latest and maintained the proper port mapping.

Needs a bit more testing though
