Describe the problem

The links to "Kubernetes cluster with Internet access" and "Kubernetes cluster within an isolated environment" are broken and don't refer to any real documentation.

Suggested fix

Add the missing documents to detail how to deploy on kubernetes (non-openshift). Without this it is quick a leap to understand how to properly deploy operator + instance.
