Refactored the description of Prisma Cloud services (CSPM, CWPP, CCS) and added a link to CCS

Motivation and Context

Addresses the issue https://github.com/PaloAltoNetworks/prisma.pan.dev/issues/265

How Has This Been Tested?

Unable to test changes locally, but checked for typos and information accuracy. Purely content changes, won't break anything!
