Panorama Template Stack example for ASG #304

Hello,

Looking to see if it's possible to include a baseline Panorama Template Stack example when using ASGs. I'm running into an issue with updating ours to facilitate overlay routing. There's a virtual routers next hop setting that's unique per-az.

In README for examples combined_vmseries_and_autoscale in prerequisites in step 9 I described how to configure static routes with path monitoring (please see details button).

Moreover in #306 I prepared XML configuration snippet (for PANOS 10.2.3), which can be found here.

Does it resolve your issue and can we close it ?
