I am trying to terraform panos panorama high availability and will have to either write a script or do this part manually in addition to the existing terraform code.

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to terraform this section in the Panorama config

Describe alternatives you've considered

Custom script or manual intervention

Additional context

I am trying to setup HA firewall pair for Oracle Cloud (OCI) through panorama. Palo Alto HA Docs

@shinmog I might make an attempt at this one as we need it for a current deployment.

HA is currently in active development (by @kevinsteves), so the Terraform side couldn't start until he's done with the pango part.
