Describe the solution you'd like

Ability to deploy Terminal Server agents via Terraform resource. To be included for local Firewall as well as Panorama. GUI Menu on Panorama for reference would be "Panorama > Device > User Identification > Terminal Server Agents"

Additional context

To allow us to give self service to server administrators when they deploy a new TS, this prevents us from manually having to commit config on Panorama
