BGP peers was added to the panos-upgrade-assurance library. Would like it added to the XSOAR snapshots

BGP peers should be included in the default snapshot configuration
Additional context
Just checking the routes isn't sufficient as there could be alternate paths allowing a route in the table. Adding the BGP peers will provide additional validations
