Adding BGP peers to default snapshot

Description

Motivation and Context

For additional validations, BGP peers should be included in the default snapshot. Resolves #24

How Has This Been Tested?

Performed upgrades on firewalls with BGP routing

bgp_peers is not implemented in the snapshot comparison method yet. This can be updated to implement it when we merge #53

We can close this as it is implemented in the #54 PR without including in the default checklist but can be selected from the snapshot checklist dropdown.
