Description

Excluded authcode and issued fields from license check in snapshot comparisons

Motivation and Context

Customer environment had mismatched licenses and was causing failure in snapshot comparison. Resolves #34

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested by performing an upgrade on a HA pair.
