CrashReportDialog appears again if it was closed by BACK button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make CrashReportDialog to appear
2. Press BACK hardware or software button to cancel CrashReportDialog
3. Launch a lot of other application to let Android to unload your app
4. Launch your app once again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
EXP: No CarshReportDialog should appear because I cancelled it on step #2
ACR: CrashReportDialog appears again

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ACRA 4.3.0, HTC Desire, Android 2.3.7
