ACK_PENDING flag in CtpForwardingEngineP.nc never cleared

Once setted, ACK_PENDING flag of forwardingState in CtpForwardingEngineP.nc is 
never cleared.
This affected on right ETX calculation.

Can you give more details on "this affected on right ETX calculation?"

IIRC, we (Om and I) noted this issue when cleaning up CTP for release. Clearing 
the flag triggered a bug we weren't able to track down, and we didn't see harm 
in keeping the flag set. But it sounds like you think there is a harm -- can 
you describe it in greater detail?

You are right. This flag doesn't affect ext calculation.
That was my misundrestanding.
