tui-editor无法安装，建议调整为@toast-ui #4113

Feature request（新功能建议）

npm install安装时，tui-editor无法被安装，导致无法往下进行。据说tui-editor被更名为@toast-ui，所以建议把tui-editor换为@toast-ui，以免不知道的开发人员，耗费时间去排查。
