What would your feature do ?

A1111 has already supported the --use-cpu gfpgan codeformer startup parameter. Some people have also proposed it in forge, but it has not been added yet. https://github.com/lllyasviel/stable-diffusion-webui-forge/issues/565

1. Let the startup parameter --use-cpu specify the model to be used
