Missing dependency providing gmp.h in container #36

Not sure which package provides this - /usr/include/gmp.h exists in DLS RHEL7 and 8 installations. Googling suggests it should be libgmp-devel, but I can't find this in the yum repos. /usr/lib64/libgmp.so exists on both RHEL7 and 8, and yum (on RHEL7) reports this to be provided by the libssl098e package, which is not installed on either system.
