When switching from the Faraday firmware on the pandabrick, the motion controller was no longer able to read the ENDAT encoder (quad encoders were OK). The basic behaviour expected was to act as a pass through for the encoder signals. It was measured that a clock signal was no longer being transmitted (therefore impacting operation of the encoder). It is understood that this may be a mode switch issue (between monitor and control) which is set by a relay
