How to include a third party library in the "Hello world" project? #10

Hi, Please guide me to include a third-party library https://github.com/carlk3/no-OS-FatFS-SD-SPI-RPi-Pico in the picoVGA so that a file from a microSD card can be displayed over VGA monitor. Thanks and regards, Sourav
