Title screen & menus work fine

When starting a new drawing, get this odd behavior shown in video below.

Switching zoom or layer to draw on brings up console message stating: "[Warning] [GSP::GPU VaddrToPaddr] Unknown virtual address 1F600000".

Additional information

The console states "[Warning] Ignoring mprotect! Hope nothing goes wrong but if the game accesses invalid memory or crashes then we prolly need to implement this" on startup.
