Title screen has broken shaders. Menus appear to work fine.

When starting up a level, the viruses do not appear, Dr Mario never throws the first pill, and the level never starts. Also, Dr. Mario's shading is incorrect.

The console states "OpenFile failed" upon startup.

That fixed it! Here's a screenshot showing the game working in LLE. Looks like it requires it.
