When chopping a tree in a densely tree populated biome, such as the ones introduced in a few world-gen overhaul mods, an entire forest can come down by chopping down a single log, leading to stack overflow crashes. Or it could also happen that even if the server survives the initial biome devastation, it will eventually crash due to the amount of items dropped. A max block count effect limit would act as a safety net to prevent this for happening.

sorry for not responding, this is already a feature in the newest version of the mod, i just need to port it to 1.19.2.
