Add Readme Chinese translation

😆 Finally done! (The translation work was harder than I thought though)

I tried my best to maintain the original meaning during the translation. Please feel free to tell me if there's anything incorrect or not precise (or maybe we can leave it for the coming users).
Kept some key terms in English in case the reader wants to go back to check the English version.
Two places are left with original English words, which I do not understand but seem not that important.
Linked readme files with each other just as the style mentioned in issues27
