Allow use of automatic configuration script in network settings #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open network settings tab
2. No place to enter configuration script
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot use twitter plug-in when connected to office vpn network.  When 
connected to vpn, must use automatic config script to access internet.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.2
