Hawkscope just installed, will not execute #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Hawkscope using the downloaded installer version 0.6.2
2. Click on the link in the Start Menu
3. Nothing happens
4. Ctrl+Alt+Delete to display applications and processes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see Hawkscope in the system tray, and/or see it as a running
application or process when entering Ctrl+Alt+Delete. I see none of these.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest download: version 0.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm running Windows XP Pro, SP3 with all updates in place, on my Dell GX270

Alternative installation resolved the issue:
