NEVER MIND: Almost all the features I really need, aren't in Phaser 3. That's a shame. Maybe in a future game I can upgrade to Phaser 3 with some workarounds.
IMPORTANT: I can't find a good alternative for bitmapData and drawing on it. "canvas textures" are similar, if their "getContext()" is indeed the same as the bitmap context, and it has the same drawing functions.
It's always good to try and stay up to date. Phaser 3 will only get better and faster.
However, some huge changes need to be made:
Phaser 3 works with scenes, not states. As such, the current state system needs to be changed. (Look at my WAMP examples, it works there.)
Phaser 3 has no bitmapdata. Instead, it adds separate canvases and needs a few different functions for that to work.
Phaser 3 has different functions for graphics. (Also look at my WAMP examples.)
I think that's all. There'll probably be a few other small bugs after we've made the switch.
