设置玩家必须靠近NPC多少格之内才可以点击 [聽風]

距离: 玩家和NPC间隔的格子数

提示信息: 一般使用在 OnInit 事件下设置. 例子: OnInit: setnpcdistance(3);

返回值: 该指令无论执行成功与否, 都不会有返回值
