Treefarm causing lags #4

The Treefarm MK1 causes severe lag when it is trying to harvest trees but the buffer chest is full. The only workaround at the moment is to regularely empty the chest.

The update to Treefarm-Lite 0.4.1 in https://github.com/Pandemoneus/Farlands/releases/tag/v0.1.10 helps somewhat, but it's not completly fixed yet.
