Add GNOME Extra Icons #64

Please add GNOME Extra Icons from https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-icon-theme-extras/

Use official releases from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-extra-icons (For reference only the sources are at Sources are at https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-icon-theme-extras/tree/src ) (Contrary to the symbolic icons, there are no releases by GNOME on Launchpad, only via Ubuntu.)

Please divide into two sets called devices and mimetypes respectively as is done in https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-icon-theme-extras/tree/gnome/48x48/devices and https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-icon-theme-extras/tree/gnome/48x48/mimetypes

iS this be part of the #63 Symbolic icons or a full new symbol set?
