Bid order book and other utility functions missing! #25

We can have a utility directory(just like we have a directory for collection) and we can put several functions inside it like-

  1. Function for getting bid order(bid order book).
  2. Function for getting the owner of the token by token Id.
  3. Function to get the owner of the collection. and so on (input from other teammates) @kishan79 @techpandora @sanskarkhare @TusharTapadia
