New Features

• Modeling tabs: The text for center point estimates
  • now contains the underlying grid length (1) (#169)
  • can be hidden again by removing inputs for latitude and longitude

• removed recalculation of predictions when changing the latitude or longitude for center estimates

@mgross I refactored several parts of the function plotMap(). The reasons were

• to include the underlying grid length (1 in above picture), and
• to remove the re-rendering of the plot whenever the center is changed

Could you please test this PR before you make any changes regarding

• https://github.com/Pandora-IsoMemo/iso-app/issues/175

I would like to merge these changes in advance in order to prevent merge conflicts.

Additionally, it would be good if you could (randomly) test to create some plots.

@mgross You are right. It is more an update, I changed that in the NEWS.md.
