Planning shiny apps for existing R packages

@f-lukas as long as we did not decide for the names for new repositories, we can start working on the tasks at this place.

We develop 5 new apps around:

1. Self-developed AI package (PEITHO)
2. Modified oxcAAR package
3. App for network analysis using modified versions of SNA, TSNA, NDTV, network, igraph, tidygraph, ggpraph, visNetwork, and networkD3
4. Modified version of deBInfer
5. Modified version of ABM

Please, let us start with the 2nd, 4th or 5th app, that use packages that are available on CRAN.

For each of those packages, you can start to

• check which features are provided by the package
  • what kind of plots can be displayed (is there an example that could be shown)?
  • what kind of input is needed (example?)
• setup a basic shiny app with a button to load a simple example and to display the output.

@f-lukas Let me know, when you want to push a first version. We will create the repository then and create respective issues also.
