install.packages("PlotR") issues #7

Can please provide:

  • All commands that led to the installation error:
  • The full output of sessionInfo()
  • The output of options("repos")

when installing PlotR package, error occured:

ERROR: dependencies ‘colourpicker’, ‘shinyalert’ are not available for package ‘PlotR’
* removing ‘/home/ljroachell/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/4.1/PlotR’

The downloaded source packages are in
    ‘/tmp/RtmpPHJcww/downloaded_packages’
Warning message:
In install.packages("PlotR") :
  installation of package ‘PlotR’ had non-zero exit status
