Could you please tell me where I can find the file "miccai2018_train_val_paths_labels_adjusted.pkl" needed for the code "baseline.py"?

Thank you for your interest in our work and apologies for the delayed response.

I have uploaded the file get_paths_labels.py. Please refer to the script to generate the .pkl file required for baseline.py. Before running the script, make sure to download the EndoVis18 dataset from https://endovissub2018-roboticscenesegmentation.grand-challenge.org/Data/.
