What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i mix jitter and 1vc

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected a degrade without bug xD

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i used the last version Mod 1.0 x86. i used win 7 ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.
