\jitter with only left-right or up-down sets above 0 makes crush #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. \jitter(7,4,0,0,49) or \jitter(0,0,7,4,49) makes crush. When I sets only 
left-right or up-down value then crushes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should give shaking of text from left to right. Gives crush.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I use version from 7 may, the newest I can download. My OS is Windows 7 x64 
Ultimate. 

Please provide any additional information below.

I tested it on Aegisub 2.1.6 SVN r 2494 amz, Aegisub r4089M TheFluff and
Bestplayer 2.131.

Yes, please fix that problem guys. I can't use the \jitter command at all.

Yeah, we can't use jitter to jitter text only left/right or up/down. I tried to 
\t jitter tag from \jitter(0,0,0,0,100) to \jitter(3,3,3,3,100), but 
VSFilterMod crashes immediately. that's a pity we can't use it completely. Hope 
it will be fixed.

\jitter(left,right,up,down,period[,seed]). First four parameters can't be zero
