Fix missing global in instantiate_soap_client #30

I don't understand this logic, shouldn't it be:

if (empty($username)) {

Oh there's an activeDev branch.. this is fixed there.

Yes! Sorry about that confusion. We have an update we are preparing in the active dev branch, planned for merge to main later this week.
