Resolves #17.

TODO:

[x] Move all files to typescript
[x] Add class, function and variable types
[ ] Remove implicit any types
[x] Move test files to typescript
[x] Create tsconfig.json
[x] Adjust webpack.config.js
[x] Adjust eslintrc.json
[ ] Replace coverage to accept ts files
