Expand help, ignore edits, increment version number #88

Expanded help formatting so that it is reliant on the script itself instead of a nasty blob of text, and added specific help functionality on top of that. Added logic to ignore comment edits cleanly instead of producing an error. Incremented version number as it should have been.
