Could you try adding param "m=1" into the url, does it help? I don't have
Android phone right now, so can't test this myself.

Yes, I'm pretty sure this has been there before, the same download mechanism is
used in every place.
Mobile browsers are picky, especially Android. For example:
http://digiblog.de/2011/04/19/android-and-the-download-file-headers/
So I think this about a http header required to be in some exact form, I just
don't have Android browser to test this.
