Hey @PaoloGi , thanks for this library!

I took the chance to update the Nexi, Flutter, Android, and iOS SDKs to support newer Android and iOS requirements for the stores.

I also added the default Flutter analysis option file to enhance the project's code.

Let me know if you want me to tackle more changes.
