Shelling at GPS Location #548

SUMMARY

Using GPS coordinates, let the ranged guns (5km+) like Howitzers and Naval Guns to fire at the GPS location. Currently, it is difficult to point towards a long range surface target behind a mountain range. If I manage to get the cross-hair onto the target, it tries to fire at a flat angle like a MBT tank would. Using a GPS Location would fix this as the computer will automatically decide how the shell will be fired-at an angle. I have seen the guns fire as I wanted in guard mode, so I think this implementation is possible.

Either this and/or adding a new weaponType which aims the cannon for indirect fire (like for example, instead of raising barrel 30 degrees from horizon to hit target, it would raise it 60 degrees instead to hit the same spot)
