Merge all rocket turret, missile turret, and reloadable rail to a rocket weapon turret module.
Remove the rocket class, change all missile turrets to rocket turrets(where rockets don't exist as parts), and whenever a missile/rocket is launching, create a single part vessel with specified velocity on the specified position.
In this way, reloadable rail issues are resolved and the pain of assembly missile turret is also gone.
