Move Launch integration #47

Launch from Move Launch menu working
Removed parts as they were uneeded
Added manual GPS entry and Launch to GPS in ML Editor menu (not completely accurate ... needs work)
Hardcoded GPS coordinates work flawlessly
Added GPS logging menu in flight scene to record vessel GPS to KSP.log
