Vessle spawning in the ground

Idk if its a 1.9 issue but my spaceplanes are spawning lodged into the ground at weird angles, iv onlu got BDArmory installed and using stock parts for everything else

Did you re-rooted your plane? Was the plane built with a previous version of KSP. I have seen problems like this one in the past and it was related with re-root.

Vessel was not Re-Rooted and it was built in the same version

Iv tried spawning vessels with no mods and they still appear half in the ground and at weird angles just incase there was some weird conflict with BDArmory as thats the only other mod im running

I'm getting this same issue with every craft, including stock craft.

KSP 1.9.1 Other mods installed: BDA (LMP branch) Luna Multiplayer (issue persists in singleplayer as well) Physics Range Extender (Terrain extender off, range set to 40km) AutoAction

Vessel spawns at a similar angle, in the ground, usually nowhere close to where I clicked. Game starts to chug. "Click somewhere to spawn!" also never goes away. Can't switch to the vessel that's stuck either.
