Feature Request: relocate feature similar to utorrent #442

This is a Feature Request for: Relocate.

in utorrent, if you have 2 torrents with the same data but DIFFERENT filenames, 
you can seed both.  The only way to do this in rutorrent/rtorrent is to create 
a link using the new name.  I'm recommending a feature which does this.

It should first work for single files, then for directories with multiple files.

I'm interested in this, was thinking of trying to write a plugin that would 
make a hardlink of the file somewhere else (E.g. my media folder), There's this 
http://code.google.com/p/rutorrent-relocate/ but couldn't get it to work 
(Didn't bother much to look ath the reason though), I might modify it to make 
hard links and a bit of error checking afterwards
