Options and configurations for Ratio Groups missing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Options > Ratio Groups - Not present

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is... v3.6

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
--No
Are some errors present in the browser error console?
--No
Please provide any additional information below.

In the past I have been able to go to Options > Ratio Groups and configure my 
ratio groups and the default group for new torrents and such. That option page 
is no longer present nor can I see any ratio groups applied to my torrents nor 
change the ratio groups. 

Was the ratio groups feature removed? This has only been an issue over the last 
~36 hours.

Try to install corresponding plugin.

Thanks novik65, I did not know it was only a plugin, thought it was a default 
feature. Alas, my ruTorrent/rTorrent client is on a seedbox owned by a third 
party so I will have to request it from them, thanks.
