Interpretation error for breakend records with SVTYPE!=BND #35

https://github.com/UMCUGenetics/COLO829_somaticSV/truthset_somaticSVs_COLO829.vcf is not parsed correctly as the breakend records with SVTYPE=DEL are parsed as DEL, not BND records.
